Designed for Families

Story Tiger is designed for use by parents, caregivers, teachers, and therapists. Children interact with the app under adult supervision.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Child profiles are created and managed by parents and caregivers. We recommend using nicknames rather than real names.

What We Collect & Why

• Parent account information (email, name) for authentication via Firebase Authentication (Google).
• Child profile data (nickname, age, interests) that you provide to personalize stories.
• Story interaction data (which choices are made, stories played) is stored to provide progress insights to parents and caregivers.
• Audio narration is generated using ElevenLabs and is not stored permanently.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.
• We never show ads to children.
• We never track children across other websites or apps.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication (Google) for secure login.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting privacy@storytiger.com.
